We are a full-service design/build company with a wide range of experience. We can help you with all phases of your new construction or remodeling project: finding/procuring suitable land, architecture and design, building your project right down to the landscaping.

  • Design / Build
  • Work with design team regarding value engineering considerations
  • Prepare preliminary budgets and site
    sketch if required
  • Review and distribute bid documents to subcontractors and vendors
  • Prepare detailed quantity takeoff and
    scope checklist for all trades
  • Review and analyze vendor and subcontractor bids for proper scope
    and pricing
  • Prepare final bids
  • Secure permits
  • Review and award contracts to vendor
    and subcontractors
  • Review and process submittals and shop drawings
  • Work with design team on change orders
  • Assist field supervision with problem solving
  • Project sizes up to 630,000 sf and $23 M.
